Brian Tally delivers a motivational, inspirational and impactful speech to a group of Masters Degree students at the University of Houston. Additionally, Brian spoke about his successful experience advocating policy change within the Department of Veterans Affairs which changed a 74 year Federal Law.

I’m extremely honored to have been recognized at the 2023 Houston Veterans Soldier 4 Life event. I proudly accepted my resiliency award and congressional recognition. To top it off I got to meet some local NBA greats to include Rodney McCray, a player I watched as a kid. Thank you for the recognition, your kind words and support!
